About SPS

Property maintenance should be managed like it matters.

Sregor Property Services was created to bring more structure, accountability and convenience to the way homes and rental properties are maintained.

Why we exist

The problem is fragmentation.

Property maintenance often requires too many separate relationships: one person for the small repair, another for the yard, another for a turn, another for temporary cooling, another for a specialty trade—and someone still has to coordinate it all.

SPS operates as the layer that connects those pieces. The goal is simple: make property maintenance easier to request, easier to manage and easier to close out.

How we operate

Built around accountability.

The operating model comes from construction and project-management discipline: understand the scope, assign the right resource, manage the schedule, communicate clearly, document the work and finish the job.

SPS is a Sregor Investment Group company and is being built as a scalable property-services platform serving both homeowners and professional property managers.

The person behind SPS

Built locally. Operated personally.

Sregor Property Services was founded by Andrew Rogers with a straightforward idea: property maintenance should be easier to manage.

After years of managing complex commercial construction and coordinating contractors, schedules, budgets and competing priorities, Andrew saw an opportunity to bring that same level of organization and accountability to residential property services.

SPS was built around a simple operating model: one trusted point of contact capable of coordinating the ongoing needs of a property—whether that means preventative maintenance for a homeowner or responsive service support for a property manager.

Andrew and his family call the Huntsville area home, and SPS is being built with the intention of serving this community for years to come.

Our operating principles

Simple on the customer side. Disciplined behind the scenes.

Be accountable.

Ownership of the request matters as much as the repair itself.

Communicate clearly.

Customers should not have to chase basic status information.

Protect the property.

Preventative attention is usually better than deferred maintenance.
